A: Snooze accept your order over the phone. Please use the phone number for your nearest store, which you can find here, or contact customer support on 1800 940 780 between the hours of 9am & 5pm EST Monday to Fridays excluding VIC public holidays.
Q. Can I test or view products in store?
A: Contact your nearest Snooze store to confirm product availability. If you are interested in the stain or colour of a product you can see colour swatches or material samples in store. In most cases the mattresses displayed on site will be available to view and try in-store.
